Our facility is located in Galatone, in the province of Lecce — in the heart of Salento, Puglia, where wheat grows and the sea is within easy reach.
Here, every Puccia Altamarea is born: from kneading to stone baking, from packaging to shipping. A modern, certified laboratory, designed to combine artisanal care with the production capacity our partners require.
We're growing.
Our new, larger, and even better-equipped facility is nearing completion.
