What's it made of

Durum wheat re-milled semolina (origin Italy-Puglia), seawater, soft wheat flour (origin Italy), soft wheat gluten, soft wheat malt flour, dried sourdough from soft wheat flour (soft wheat flour, starter cultures), barley malt extract, yeast, sunflower oil, natural flavors.

Allergens: Cereals containing gluten. May contain traces of milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, soy, lupin.
